State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a candidate who’s enthusiastic, a positive attitude, energetic, friendly, and energetic to join our team as an Insurance Office Representative-Agent Team Member. You will be responsible for helping customers get the products they want while offering additional beneficial products. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your insurance career.
Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in promoting, selling and servicing our comprehensive range of insurance products to prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
Provide remarkable service for retention
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options..
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.

The typical starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, insurance licenses and certifications. Depending on your skills and ability, the comp may include various ability for incentive bonus based on the ability to close and production.
