Apply via Dice today!Job Title: EUC & IT Operations Support EngineerLocation: Hunt Valley, MD (Local candidates preferred)Role Overview:The EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer is responsible for delivering end-user support, managing IT operations, and ensuring efficient onboarding and offboarding processes. This role supports endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, asset tracking, and data center operations while maintaining compliance with organizational IT standards.Key Responsibilities:<>User Onboarding & Offboarding</>Execute end-to-end onboarding including account setup, access provisioning, and device configurationManage offboarding activities including access revocation, data handling, and asset recoveryEnsure SLA adherence and audit complianceCoordinate with HR and cross-functional teams<>End User Computing & Microsoft 365</>Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesSupport Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Troubleshoot authentication, sync, licensing, and access issuesManage OS builds, upgrades, and endpoint troubleshootingAdminister Active Directory and Azure AD<>Intune & Patch Management</>Manage endpoint devices using device management toolsConfigure and deploy OS updates, patches, and applicationsMonitor compliance and resolve patching issuesEnsure endpoint security and policy adherence<>SharePoint Support</>Manage site access, permissions, and document librariesSupport collaboration and document management needsAssist with workflows and governance processes<>Inventory & Asset Management</>Maintain accurate asset inventory and recordsConduct asset audits and reconciliationTrack asset lifecycle during onboarding/offboardingEnsure compliance with asset and security policies<>Data Center Support</>Perform on-site support tasks (rack & stack, cabling, hardware troubleshooting)Handle power cycling and basic hardware replacementCoordinate with infrastructure and network teamsFollow operational and safety procedures<>Operations & Governance</>Manage incidents, requests, and changes via ITSM toolsEnsure SLA compliance and proper documentationDevelop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base contentSupport audit and compliance activitiesTechnical Skills Required:Windows 10/11 and basic macOS supportMicrosoft 365 administrationActive Directory and Azure ADEndpoint/device management tools (e.g., Intune)SharePoint Online supportBasic networking (VPN, LAN, DNS)ITSM and asset management toolsBasic knowledge of data center operationsExperience & Qualifications:3 7 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure SupportBachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred Qualifications:ITIL Foundation certificationMicrosoft Modern Workplace / Intune certifications
