You'll deliver engaging, effective training across multiple formats and settings from in-person classroom sessions and on-site client visits to webinars, remote sessions, and blended eLearning experiences. Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs and serve as a trusted resource for both external clients and internal teams.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in adult training in a technical classroom environmentMust be US CitizenUniversity degree in a relevant technical fieldDeliver training on our proprietary systems in classroom settings and/or at client sitesAdminister post-training assessments to ensure student learning has met course objectivesSchedule and deliver coaching sessions and webinars on specific topicsDeliver remote training sessions using appropriate platforms and toolsApply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience, including distance learning, interactive eLearning, and blended training approachesApply the principles of adult learning in all training deliveryParticipate in courseware and training tool conception, as requiredDeliver training on proprietary systems to internal customers, as requiredMaintain and continuously update personal skill set to stay current with system and product developmentsExperience in computer hardware and software installationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectivelyAbility to take on a leadership role and act as a coach *Knowledge and/or experience in forensic science and/or firearms is an assetMust be able to: Train in English and Spanish; Portuguese and / or French a plusAbility to travel approximately 22 weeks per year within the US and internationallyAvailability to work irregular hours and weekends as neededWork independently with minimal supervisionBenefitsAs part of our comprehensive benefits package, LeadsOnline provides the following to eligible employees:Employee paid Medical, Dental, and VisionGenerous paid vacation401k with company matchingHSA with employer contributionsFSASupplemental coverage such as accident, critical illness, hospitalization, lifeShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityParental LeaveWhy Join LeadsOnline?Be part of a team where your work truly matters.
