About the CompanyWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Business Transactional Attorney with a strong background in Corporate Transactional Law or Transactional Business Law to join our clients' growing law firm. This role requires a strategic legal advisor who can provide sophisticated counsel on corporate matters while delivering exceptional drafting and negotiation expertise across complex transactions. The ideal candidate brings an established portable book of business and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.About the RoleThis role requires a strategic legal advisor who can provide sophisticated counsel on corporate matters while delivering exceptional drafting and negotiation expertise across complex transactions.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, transactions, and business transactional operationsLead and manage transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and development matters of your clientsAdvise clients on intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark protection, enforcement, and compliance, as needed or consult with firm memberDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and settlement agreementsStructure and negotiate transactions with precision and strong risk mitigation strategyCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative and commercially sound legal strategiesSupport business development initiatives and maintain client relationshipsParticipate in clients Board of Director meetings, if applicable or client requested QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the Georgia Bar License (a must)Extensive experience in corporate law, transactional law, and intellectual property (copyright and trademark)Must have a minimum of 7 to 12 years of consistent business transactional experienceExceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsStrong client management and interpersonal communication abilitiesAbility to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentRequired Experience advising growth-stage or entrepreneurial clientsStrong business acumen and practical problem-solving approachAbility to manage multiple complex business transactional matters simultaneouslyProven track record of client development and retentionOn-site - Atlanta, GA Preferred SkillsExperience advising growth-stage or entrepreneurial clientsStrong business acumen and practical problem-solving approachAbility to manage multiple complex matters simultaneouslyProven track record of client development and retention Pay range and compensation packageBar Requirement: Active Georgia Bar Membership$150,000.00 +Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
