We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to join our local Accounting Team at our Hoover dealership. This role supports daily accounting and administrative operations by ensuring accurate data entry, document management, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and a positive team player with strong attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesScan, index, and maintain accounting and dealership documents in an organized and timely mannerLog and track vehicle keys accuratelyProcess and record daily departmental receiptsPerform accurate and efficient data entry across multiple systemsAssist with general accounting and administrative tasks as assignedMaintain confidentiality of financial and customer informationCommunicate effectively with accounting staff and other dealership departmentsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures Pay: $15-18 per hour, based on experience QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredOne year of dealership experienceUnrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift heavy objectsStrong data entry skills with excellent attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookDependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
