Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located at Camp Lucy in the Greater Cheyenne Area for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage a team of culinary professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen. The Executive Chef will collaborate with management to create exceptional dishes that align with the resort’s reputation for excellence while catering to diverse guest needs, including dietary restrictions. Qualifications Extensive culinary skills including menu creation, food preparation, and knowledge of international and local cuisinesExperience in leadership and team management, including training, scheduling, and motivating kitchen staffProficiency in food cost analysis, inventory control, and supplier managementStrong understanding of food safety standards and cleanliness practicesExceptional creativity and passion for delivering a memorable dining experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to guest preferencesFormal culinary training or certification is preferredExperience working in luxury resorts, fine dining, or catering facilities is a plus
