Data Center Technician

Role:Hemmersbach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Technician to join our team. As a Data Center Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, working with data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location, with a focus on data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for data centers, servers, and other peripherals Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage systems Participate in project rollouts and deployments, working with data centers and other enterprise-level IT infrastructure Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, or similar roleHands-on experience (or equivalent) in implementing and administrating MS technologies like Windows Server and Active DirectoryAbility to work with limited oversite and direction across a variety of server, storage, and network hardware typesExperience working with enterprise-level IT infrastructureGood monitoring skills, preferable experience (or equivalent) with PRTGStrong knowledge of data center hardware and software, including servers, switches, and storage systemsKnowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocolsBenefits:Buddy programInternal career development programOnboarding programBe part of Us:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
