Production Manager

Job DescriptionA top-tier, employee-owned, family-first organization is looking for an experienced Production Manager.The Production Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations.Supervise the timely completion of all projects, create and implement process improvements, and coordinate projects to maximize efficiency and profitability.Achieves manufacturing results by communicating job expectations to hourly and salaried employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises production resultsThey will work with all employees using coaching, counseling, discipline, and mediation skillsNeeds to be a driver, maintaining workflow by monitoring steps of the process using process monitors; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources reporting on daily results, and making corrections to achieve targetsAssigns personnel to accomplish work results; establishes priorities; monitors progress; resolves problems; evaluates employees, and conducts orientation and training of personnelResponsible for the safety of all employees and ensures they know and acknowledge all safety rules, policies, and necessary PPE for each positionAccountable for compliance with established quality policies and proceduresResponsible for communication on all equipment and machines.
