Compensation for these direct-hire opportunities ranges between $18.50 and $20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!What You Will Do As A Production Associate:Utilize pneumatic drill and drivers to install bow platform, live well, seat hardware, fuel lines, navigational lights, and wiring harnessesTransfer fuel tank to interior of boat, secure to bulkheads and install fuel lines, control cables, steering mechanismUtilize pneumatic drills and drivers to install console, windshield, operating controls, wiring harnesses, seat hardware, and accessoriesUtilize pneumatic drill and drivers to install control cables, steering mechanisms, seat hardware, fuel lines, bilge pumps, navigational lights, and wiring harnessesComplete required documentation of finished boats for production purposesTrim and cut carpet/vinyl and gluePrepare boat as needed for next departmentMove boats or parts out of work area to rigging area on cartsWhat You Need To Be A Production Associate:High School Diploma or GED3+ months experience in a manufacturing setting preferred, but willing to trainKnowledge of drills, drivers, rivet guns, saws, sanders, and hammersAbility in basic math, reading and be able to read a tape measureAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsAbility to follow established safety process to handle equipment to install all components for boatsGood safety awareness, attitude, and attendanceKnowledge of 5S, Kaizen and LSS a plusWhat Are You Waiting For?
