Stroke Program Manager

Our direct client in the Healthcare Industry is seeking for a Stroke Program Manager - FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT Direct Hire - in Paramus, NJ to build and mature the stroke program, including governance, protocols, policies, staffing plans, education, and Primary Stroke Center certification readiness.Education:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or related advanced degree preferred.Experience:Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in stroke care, neuroscience, emergency services, critical care, healthcare quality, or healthcare operations required; five (5) years preferred.Demonstrated experience building, expanding, or leading a stroke program and preparing for stroke-center certification/accreditation required.Experience in multidisciplinary clinical operations, performance improvement, and service-line development preferred.Position Requirements:Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) certification required (can be obtained within 24 months of hire)Salary commensurate with experience: $120,000-$143,000/YearIf you are interested please share an updated word copy of your resume with contact information, visa status and the best time for us to speak.
