Founded in 1981, CrossCom provides national retailers with voice, POS and data communications systems solutions, including technology staging, asset management, installation, maintenance, cabling, rollout and chain-wide implementation. CrossCom National is the single source partner retailers depend on for in-store communications networking requirements.The Project Admin is responsible for supporting individual projects for a variety of customers within CrossCom National. With guidance, will engage internal and external resources to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and at target margins.ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibility to answer queue calls to support techs on site, check in and check out processes.Support team in ensuring projects are delivered at the level of quality sold to the customerMake quality day ahead calls on each ticketComplete check in and check out calls Follow guidelines and process to ensure project can be delivered at the expected marginEnter work requests in system w/in 24 hoursEnsure techs for your tickets are on timeManage techs progress throughout the dayClose orders and record all out of scopeExperience/Education1 to 2 years' work experience in positions of managing projects, preferredTelecom experience in retail industry experience desiredExcellent technical skills across multiple products & disciplines a plusCompetenciesStrong Organizational and planning skillsSuperior customer focus and relationship building skillsStrong decision-making skillsExcellent communication skillsSolid analytical and presentation skillsResults orientedAbility to work well in a face paced environment and under pressureApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
