Job Tittle: Process EngineerLocation: NY (Onsite)Duration: 12months contractExperience Required: 6 to 8 years as a Process EngineerJob Description :Should have experience commissioning and qualification of new Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) machines, ensuring smooth transition between syringe and vial inspections.Installation Qualification (IQ)execute and document IQ protocols for AVI equipment to meet required standards.Develop, review, and execute validation protocols in collaboration with cross-functional teams for effective equipment qualification.Work closely with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AVI systems.Manual and Automated Inspection Integration: Apply manual inspection techniques within AVI processes for accurate quality outcomes.Provide guidance and training to team members on AVI operations, promoting a consistent understanding of inspection protocols.Knowledge of filling lines and various inspection formats, including semi-automated and fully automated systems.Proven experience with automated visual inspection systems in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.Strong skills in Installation Qualification (IQ) and process validation of automated inspection equipment.Hands-on experience with both manual and automated visual inspection processes.Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
