If you like working with tools, blueprints, and seeing a finished product you helped create, then this role is for you.Pay: $20.25/hrSchedule: 2nd shiftMondayFriday, 4:30pm-3amOvertime: Possible Saturdays (announced weekly)Benefits: Furst BenefitsWhat Youll Do:Assemble large and heavy sub-assemblies using hand and power toolsRead and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructionsInstall components like compressors, fans, plumbing, wiring, sensors, and tubingPerform testing, troubleshooting, and quality checksPrep finished units for shipping (packing, labeling, palletizing)Operate equipment such as stud welders, wing benders, torque wrenches, and liftsFollow safety, quality, and 5S standards every dayWhat Were Looking For:High school diploma (preferred)02 years of manufacturing or assembly experience (helpful, not required)Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your feetComfortable working independently and as part of a teamAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsSafety- and quality-focused mindsetPlease apply directly to this posting.
