RN PCU (IMCU)

Position: RN PCU (IMCU) - Progressive Care Unit Location: Panama City, FL Shifts/Schedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends) or Nights (Rotating Weekends) What You'll Do: The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience. Qualifications Required: 1 year of recent (Within the last year) acute care PCU Experience. *Would Consider acute care ER RN experience or 3 years of acute Med-Surg experience * Experience MUST be recent (within the last year) * Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. Registered Nurse Diploma, or ASN Advance Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Compensation & Benefits: Pay rate range: Min $27.72/hr. - Max $39.60/hr. (Based on years of experience) Shift Diffs: Nights $4/hr. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis Why Join Us?
