Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Plaintiff PI)

We are hiring a Senior Legal Secretary to manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through demand in our Tampa office.This is a file-owning role, not a support position. You will be responsible for keeping cases moving, ensuring records are obtained, clients are consistently updated, and files are prepared for demand.If you are not currently managing files through the demand stage, this is not the right role.About the FirmThe Matassini Law Firm, P.A. is a Tampa based firm established 50 years ago.
