*Description*Business JustificationRole expected to manage Risk/Governance activities and monitor project execution/health for the End of Life Program across WMTPosition SummaryThe End of Life (EOL) Program Manager is responsible for establishing and leading a disciplined governance framework that ensures all EOL remediation activities are executed predictably, transparently, and within required timelines. This role provides centralized oversight across a complex technology estate, ensuring application teams develop achievable, wellplanned remediation commitments and adhere to lifecycle deadlines. The Program Manager will drive multiyear planning, maintain strong partnerships with delivery and technology leaders, and ensure consistent communication of program performance, risks, and trends. This role will serve as the central point of accountability for EOL governance routines and will support longterm strategic improvements to strengthen planning, communication, and execution across the organization:Ensure EOL governance routines occur within required SLAsEstablish predictable, disciplined planning routines with application teams to support annual and multiyear planningLeverage annual planning windows to forecast fullyear remediation needsIntegrate EOL work into Program Increment (PI) planning cycles for iterative adjustments and inclusion of newly identified EOL itemsPartner closely with delivery leads to monitor project execution health, identify risks early, and ensure alignment with portfolio expectationsManage communication routines to inform stakeholders of performance trends, governance status, remediation roadmaps, and escalationsProvide comprehensive reporting and insights to senior leaders to enable timely decision-makingCommunicate, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to secure required resources and ensure program objectives are metMaintain accurate, timely documentation of governance routines, required deliverables, timelines, and processesMonitor adherence to remediation commitments and proactively intervene when risks threaten progressCoordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure clarity of expectations, roles, and responsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to long-term strategic capabilities that strengthen EOL governance, planning, and transparencyEnsure consistent, high-quality communication across all stakeholder groupsMaintain strong working knowledge of relevant policies, lifecycle requirements, and remediation standardsSupport ongoing education and enablement activities to improve organizational understanding of EOL expectations and practicesProvide oversight of program metrics, including performance thresholds, risks, and long-range forecastsManage operational routines that ensure predictable execution and minimal disruption from unplanned remediation needsPrimary SkillAgile Scrum MasterSecondary SkillAgile tools (Jira)Tertiary SkillBusiness Analyst (Domain Experts)Required QualificationsExecutive-level written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong commitment to producing high-quality, accurate workComfortable working under defined timelines in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)Experience managing programs and projects in an Agile environmentDemonstrated executive presence with the ability to present complex matters clearlyMinimum 7 years of Program or Change Management experience, including process improvementExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesStrong business-centric mindset with sound judgment and the ability to tailor approaches to drive optimal business outcomesProven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide teams through complex, multi-step initiativesExperience managing governance routines, workflows, or operational processes across multiple teamsAbility to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actionsDemonstrated skill in coordinating across large technology organizations and aligning partners on common objectivesDesired QualificationsPreferred experience with Microsoft Copilot*Skills*Program management*Top Skills Details*Program management*Additional Skills & Qualifications*Strong communication skills*Experience Level*Expert Level*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
