Job SummaryAmericom Marketing is seeking a Multimedia Content & Social Media Specialist to create, publish, and manage content across multiple client social media accounts while supporting photo, video, and creative production efforts.This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organized, comfortable managing multiple clients, and capable of producing engaging content across today’s leading digital platforms.The ideal candidate should be experienced in social media management, content creation, photography, graphic design, short-form video, paid social advertising, and client communication. Pay is based on experience.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementCreate, publish, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and additional social platformsMaintain multiple client content calendars and posting schedulesMonitor comments, messages, engagement, and platform activityStay current on social media trends, platform updates, trending audio, and content strategiesAssist with strategy development and campaign planningTrack analytics and performance metrics to improve engagement and growthUtilize Meta Business Suite for placing and monitoring adsAssist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platformsContent CreationCapture and create photo, video, graphic, and written content for clientsAssist with on-location shoots, interviews, events, and promotional productionsFilm and edit short-form vertical content including reels and TikTok-style videosWrite captions, ad copy, headlines, and social media contentMaintain brand consistency across all digital platformsGraphic Design & CreativeDesign social media graphics, advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing assetsCreate visual content using Adobe Creative Suite other design softwareResize and optimize content for multiple platforms and formatsCollaborate with the creative team on campaigns and branding initiativesVideo Production SupportAssist with video production including setup, filming, lighting, audio, and production supportSupport commercial shoots, interviews, podcasts, and promotional video projectsHelp organize and maintain production equipment and media filesQualificationsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and LightroomExperience with social media scheduling platformsStrong understanding of social media strategy and current digital trendsPhotography and videography experience requiredMust be able to assist with video production including setup, filming, lighting, audio, and production supportStrong writing and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneouslyOrganized, dependable, and deadline-drivenCreative mindset with strong attention to detailPortfolio of social media, design, photography, or video work preferredPreferred SkillsExperience working in a marketing agency environmentKnowledge of analytics and performance reportingExperience editing short-form video contentExperience creating and managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTokExperience with Google Ads is a plusGoogle Ads certifications are a plusBasic understanding of digital advertising strategy and audience targetingDrone photography/video experience is a plusScheduleMonday through FridayVery limited evenings or weekends for occasional events, shoots, or client needsBenefitsCreative and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work with a variety of brands and industriesProfessional growth opportunitiesHands-on experience in content creation, advertising, and media production
