The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analysis, ETL frameworks, and large-scale data processing, along with hands-on experience in Python and PySpark. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, improving data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, model, and interpret complex healthcare datasets to support business objectives. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines. Work with Master Data Management (MDM) systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Create technical documentation including queries, reports, dashboards, and presentations. Evaluate existing databases and tools, and recommend improvements or new solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Handle large datasets efficiently within data warehouse and data mart environments. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare standards. Required Qualifications8+ years of overall experience in data analysis and data engineering roles. 5–6 years of hands-on experience as an MDM Data Analyst. Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare (mandatory). Proficiency in Python and PySpark. Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Strong experience with ETL frameworks and data pipeline development. Experience working with Data Warehouses and Data Marts. Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
