This role ensures clear, timely, and accurate communication regarding operational activities, maintenance events, incidents, and service delivery. The Customer Liaison plays a critical role in building customer trust, coordinating cross-functional responses, and ensuring customer requirements are understood and met without compromising operational integrity or uptime.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customersExperience managing or working internally with FAANG organizationsCommunicate planned maintenance activities and operational changesProvide real-time updates during incidents and emergency eventsCoordinate customer access requests and site visitsInterface with operations, engineering, and security teamsTrack customer-impacting issues through resolutionParticipate in incident response and escalation callsMaintain records of customer communications and approvalsSupport customer onboarding, reviews, and auditsIdentify opportunities to improve customer communication processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in customer-facing operational rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting 24x7 operationsStrong organizational and coordination skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in data center or mission-critical environmentsFamiliarity with ITIL or service delivery frameworksExperience supporting SLAs and customer auditsWorking knowledge of data center security and access processesKey CompetenciesCustomer relationship managementIncident communication and escalationCross-functional coordinationOperational awarenessProfessional judgment under pressureServerfarm is committed to providing an equal opportunity workplace and offers paid time off, paid holidays, 401k and FULL coverage medical, dental and vision.
