Food & Beverage ManagerLynda’s at The Ocean ClubSouth Ponte Vedra Beach, FloridaLynda’s at The Ocean Club is seeking an experienced and highly professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead both Front of House and Back of House operations in an upscale private club and restaurant environment.This is a hands-on leadership position for an individual who understands hospitality excellence, team accountability, guest experience, and operational efficiency in a country club or high-end dining setting.Responsibilities:Professionally manage all daily Front of House and Back of House operationsLead, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant and kitchen staffMaintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfactionOversee food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and operational consistencyManage labor costs, inventory controls, ordering, and vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standardsCoordinate private events, member functions, and banquet operationsCreate a positive, professional, and accountable team cultureQualifications:Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage management experienceCountry club, private club, resort, or upscale restaurant experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to professionally manage both service and kitchen operationsExperience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost controlsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environmentNights, weekends, and holiday availability requiredCompensation:Compensation package will be based on experience and qualifications.About Us:Lynda’s at The Ocean Club is located within the South Ponte Vedra Ocean Club, offering members and guests a unique oceanfront dining and social experience focused on hospitality, professionalism, and elevated service standards.To apply, please submit your resume and relevant experience for consideration.
