Under direct supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, this Team Lead Unlicensed entry-level management position supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies. Fulfills appropriate level of services for new members served as outlined in the essential functions. Program Type: Community-Based To Make Referrals: Referrals are made through multiple sources, including Orange County Health Care Agency and community organizations as well as walk-ins. Who We Serve: Residents of Orange County, aged 18 and older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who may be: Homeless or at-risk of homelessness Have a co-occurring substance use disorder At risk for hospitalization or institutionalization Involved in the criminal justice system Transitioning from institutional care Not successful with traditional mental health care About MISSION POSSIBLE: The MISSION POSSIBLE team was developed to provide specialized, recovery-focused services in the community using mobile vehicles to serve individuals with serious mental illness who are homeless in Orange County, CA. Our model of care focuses on multidisciplinary teams that will build relationships with individuals leading to successful linkage with ongoing mental health services, physical healthcare, and housing. The Outreach Team consists of two case managers and a peer support specialist. The Treatment Team has a nurse practitioner, two case managers, and a peer support specialist. We work with the Orange County Health Care Agency Outreach and Engagement Team to provide regularly scheduled visits within the county and as permitted by local jurisdictions so that clients come to know when to expect us. Shifts Available: Full Time; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $67,415.40 - $83,214.56. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) o Master's Degree and two (2) year of experience in mental health setting o Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by State regulatory/licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI) o One (1) year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
