As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Corporate Accounting with all accounting processes for our corporate office. This position will assist with corporate Accounts Payable, AMEX expense coding, and other duties.Do You Have What It Takes?A flexible, fun, and energetic personalityMinimum of three to five or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferredMust possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skillsMust be able to work well with others in a team environmentAbility to prioritize and manage competing tasks requiredMust have experience in Accounts Payable, Expense reportingExperience with Ottimate, Excel, Sage, Concur are preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook requiredProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?
