AmazonSeattle, WAL6 LeadSeptember 15th, 2026
Overview As a System Development Engineer, you will design and integrate hardware, firmware, and software for antenna systems powering Amazon’s LEO satellites and the D2D initiative. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring up and validate subsystems, and you’ll ship solutions that blend custom hardware, FPGAs, and embedded firmware for orbit-ready performance. This role sits at the core of delivering low-latency, high-speed connectivity to underserved communities, with hands-on lab work and eventual orbital validation. You’ll work in a mission-driven environment focused on scalable, robust antenna systems and phased arrays, with opportunities to shape next-generation architectures.
