This position functions in a fast‑paced, call center‑style environment with a strong emphasis on customer service. Representatives are responsible for accurately processing requests and ensuring timely delivery of supplies, either physically or through a pneumatic tube system, to maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.Schedule & Work LocationThis is a fully on‑site position with an afternoon/evening shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The regular schedule includes Fridays and Saturdays off.BenefitsUT Southwestern is proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Licenses and Certifications (DRIVERS) DRIVERS LICENSE Upon Hire PreferredExperience Previous experience in hospital or distribution is desirable. Job DutiesProvide excellent customer service to hospital staff utilizing product knowledge and resources.Ensure that excess product is credited to the correct unit.
