We are hiring Store Managers for our Walled Lake and Milford locations.Job Title: Gas Station ManagerLocation: Walled Lake or MilfordReports To: District ManagerPosition Type: Full-TimeHourly rate: $20 per hour, with guaranteed overtime and eligibility for bonuses*** Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses ****** Health benefits and paid time off ******WILLING TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK, 10 HOURS MORNING SHIFT, 50+ HOURS WEEKLY***Responsibilities Include:Responsible for running the retail store (fuel, liquor, some food sales)Adhere to budget provided by District ManagerWork to meet all sales targets and to expand salesManage inventory and products required to be on shelves including label tagging and inventory controlsPlace merchandise orders directly through vendors on store and restaurant sideExamine products being purchased and delivered for price accuracy and damagesManage store staff, recruit new employees, hire and train new employees, motivate and discipline current employeesEnsure that all employees are following the company dress codeWeekly employee schedulingScan documents and reports into system softwareMaintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is presentableEnsure that the WOW! image is maintained on the interior and exterior of the storePerform repairs and maintenance for equipment inside and outside of the store when neededChange and clean nozzles and hoses when neededReview security camera footageEnsure proper preparation, presentation and freshness of all food service productsGreet customers including answering phones and routine billing questionsMeet and exceed customer expectations on every visitResolve customer issues and handle customer complaintsInform customers about services available and assess customer needsProcess cash, credit and debit card transactions and help customers use processing equipment if neededProcess receipts and in store coupons for customersCount and balance cash in the register drawer at the end of the dayRequirements:Authentically exhibit the company's Core Values.
