In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous productsProvide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as plumbing, site excavation, etc.Transport materials and equipment from one location to anotherOperate power tools and/or industrial equipment, training will be providedSet up cones and warning signs to increase visibility Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as concrete framing, Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisorReport any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repairMust have reliable transportation and clean driving record.QualificationsAbility to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periodsStrong attention to detailExcellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to adhere to all safety rules and regulationsKnowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is Strong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAdditional certifications or apprenticeship experience is but not necessary
