The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing performance testing strategies, executing load and stress tests, analyzing application behavior, and ensuring scalability, stability, and reliability across production-like environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance testsDevelop and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoadPerform API performance testing for REST and SOAP servicesConduct UI performance testing for web applicationsExecute mobile application performance testing for Android and iOS platformsAnalyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layersCollaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issuesMonitor system behavior using application and infrastructure monitoring toolsPrepare performance testing reports, metrics, and recommendationsIntegrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelinesSupport capacity planning and production readiness assessmentsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremoniesRequired SkillsPerformance TestingStrong hands-on experience with NeoLoadSolid understanding of performance testing methodologiesExperience with load modeling and workload designAPI / UI / Mobile TestingExperience in API performance testing using REST and SOAPHands-on experience with web UI performance testingExperience testing mobile application performanceUnderstanding of client-side and server-side performance metricsMonitoring & ToolsExperience with monitoring tools, APM, logs, and metrics analysisKnowledge of HTTP protocols, JSON, and XMLFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLabProficiency with Linux/Unix commands
