A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Team Lead - InfoSec. Key Responsibilities Take full technical ownership of the Permission Assist IAM governance platform, including architecture and code quality Establish and enforce coding conventions through effective code reviews, ensuring security and correctness Drive AI-centric workflows to enhance team productivity and accelerate delivery processes Required Qualifications Proficiency in .NET, particularly in C# and the broader .NET ecosystem Experience making architecture-level decisions on production systems Strong understanding of security practices in software engineering Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
