Associate Director, US Marketing, NMOSD

This Is What You Will DoThe Associate Director will play a key role in the successful creation and execution of strategies and tactics for NMOSD - a rare, devastating, complement-mediated disorder of the central nervous system characterized by relapses. This position will collaborate closely with the Director, U.S. Marketing – NMOSD and will report to the Executive Director of US Marketing – NMOSD.You Will Be Responsible ForKey job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead development of HCP print and digital branded and unbranded assetsLead strategy, development and execution of all NMOSD RAM materials, including training and development leadLead HCP digital strategy, non-personal promotion strategy and execution, including all HCP media and websitesManage cross-functional collaboration with Diagnostics and Market Access colleagues, including co-developing materialsDevelop monthly and quarterly HCP media review reports containing quantitative and qualitative actionable insights for senior leadership in close partnership with operations, finance and sales teamsManage cross-functional coordination with other Alexion line functions (e.g. clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, sales) focused on key customer segmentsCommunicate effectively to all levels of Alexion staff and managementWork with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company’s policies and Code of Ethics and Business ConductYou Will Need To HaveBachelor's degree requiredCandidate will play a key role in developing effective partnerships with key opinion leaders and work collaboratively across many cross-functional teams.This person must possess a strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, within teams, and as a sub-team lead.Successful results driven performance in marketing roles, including product launchesExperience in marketing message development and communicationStrong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, ExcelStrong organization, planning and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsThe duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
