We serve our clients from 23 locations in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.We are seeking an Analyst to support the Human Capital Management (HCM) department, focusing on HCM applications and deployed Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, Time Tracking and Recruiting). This role works closely within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with HCM, IT and other teams to drive enhancements, support core HCM programs and optimize employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates a balance of ownership and collaboration, bringing strong, analytical thinking, a willingness to support team priorities and a commitment to service excellence.Job DescriptionProject Management Assist with gathering and translating business process requirements from HCM key stakeholders into scalable technical solutionsContribute to developing and maintaining project plans to support timely execution of key initiatives Track deliverables and coordinate resources across teams to meet milestones and project deadlinesSupport system and user acceptance testing for enhancements and configurationsPartner with IT and third-party consultants to support HCM initiativesHCM Application ManagementSupport the execution of core HCM programs (e.g. Performance Management, Open Enrollment, HCM programs, etc.)Review, test and support the deployment of system upgrades and enhancementsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of HCM applicationsSupport employee lifecycle transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers and terminationsTroubleshoot system issues and escalate as neededTraining & Change Management Prepare and maintain user documentation and training materialsSupport training efforts for system users and new team membersAssist in change management activities to support system and process updatesData Integrity & Compliance Support compliance-related reporting and data governance processes (e.g. ACA, GPDR, etc.)Perform audit reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness Partner with HCM Team members to promote consistency in processes and data managementAdditional SupportContribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, effectively leveraging AIProvide support for day-to-day HCM operations and ad hoc projectsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, HCM systems management in a fast-paced, team-oriented corporate environmentExperience with Workday HCM; knowledge of broader modules a plusProven project management capabilities, with ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, team-driven outcomesStrong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environmentExcellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential informationProactively anticipates challenges, communicates risks and works with team members to resolve issues and balance competing deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong analytical capabilitiesAbility to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level of proficiency with AI tools and software packages such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointEstimated Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
