Business Analyst (100% Remote)

This role is 100% remote.This person will own the weekly rhythm of business, keep a pulse on sales performance, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across a fast-moving, cross-functional team. If you thrive on bringing structure to ambiguity and love making teams run better, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and continuously improve the weekly business cadenceOwn end-to-end preparation and facilitation of business reviews, including agenda setting, pre-reads, and stakeholder coordinationEnsure the right topics, data, and stakeholders are included to drive effective discussions and decisionsMonitor key sales metrics and performance indicators on an ongoing basisIdentify trends, gaps, and risks impacting business performanceDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales healthEscalate risks with context and actionable recommendationsCapture, organize, and track action items from meetings and business reviewsDrive accountability by coordinating with stakeholders on progress and deadlinesMaintain centralized tracking systems for deliverables and follow-upsProvide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and blockersSkills And Qualifications10+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or similar rolesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and identifying insightsExperience building and running recurring business review cadencesProficiency with data analysis tools, dashboards, and reporting systemsAbility to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiencesStrong storytelling and business context understandingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in cross-functional environmentsExperience in consumer electronics, hardware, or retail/chWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
