Our client, a multi-specialty physician practice, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician. Join an integrative health center in Westchester. The practice is constantly evolving technologies and has a national footprint. The ideal candidate is a licensed, board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine physician who is motivated, self-reliant, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. We seek a professional with exceptional diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills. Responsibilities: Provide patient consultations and advanced physical testing and assessments to inform the patient's health status. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address acute and chronic health issues.Interpret lab and diagnostic test results to create actionable care plans. Requirements: Passionate about Patient Care Completes initial assessment, evaluation, follow ups and yearly physicals of patients Completes preventive health screening, immunization, quality assurance, participating in programs that prevent disease, improve patient health and reduce injury. Accredited U.S. Medical School or foreign equivalent License to practice Medicine in NY Residency in Family Medicine or Preventive Medicine from accredited USA based residency training program Board Certified by ABMS No malpractice or loss of license at the DTC.
