Engineering Technician

Job Title: Lab Test Tech | Engineering Technician ILocation: Kohler, WI Contract Duration: 12 MonthsSpecific Responsibilities: 1. Collaborates with cross-functional product development teams to conduct testing and evaluation of product prototypes to various KOHLER and national standards. 2. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed in an accurate manner, while being committed to meeting project deadlines. 3. Maintains a keen attention to detail to prepare complete records of tests conducted, procedures used, and testing results, paying specific attention to report any unusual results that may affect the outcome of the test. 4. Utilizes knowledge and experience in the safe operation of laboratory equipment and adherence to ISO 17025 procedures. 5. Participates in laboratory and equipment maintenance and calibration tasks in accordance with laboratory policy. 6. Innovates freely and supports engineering innovation initiatives throughout Kohler Company. 7.
