You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth.Location: Restore Hyper Wellness, Naples / North NaplesDepartment: NursingReports To: Lead NurseJob Type: Part TimeCompensation: Starting at $32.00 - $36.00 per hour + Monthly Membership Sales BonusesSchedule: 10-20 hours a week with weekend availabilityKey ResponsibilitiesMedical Expertise & Client CareAdminister IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalismEstablish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environmentProvide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practicesStudio CollaborationWork autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goalsSupport membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needsAssist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programsCompliance & SafetyMaintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRsEnsure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standardsContribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environmentQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in NursingLicensure: Active RN license in the applicable stateCertifications: Current BLS certificationExperience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injectionsPassionate about delivering excellent patient careStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to stand for up to 9 hours a dayCustomer service-oriented with the ability to work independentlyBenefitsHealth Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, disability, (Full-Time, effective within 30 days)Paid Time Off (PTO): Available for Full-Time team membersWellness Perks: Complimentary and discounted Restore services (Full-Time & Part-Time)Retirement: 401k plan with employer match (Full-Time & Part-Time)Compensation: Starting base hourly $32.00-$37.00 + Bonus opportunities (Full-Time & Part-Time).
