You’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients, supporting their financial goals, and ensuring the highest level of service.What you’ll do:Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional service at every stepManage all ongoing client needs and communicationsConduct performance reviews and regular account check-insAssist with money movement requests and related transactionsSet up and educate clients on using the client portalCoordinate with our Medicare team to arrange necessary servicesImplement the financial plans developed by the lead advisorProvide responsive, tailored support throughout the client relationshipMaintain the firm’s CRM system through accurate data entry and database managementMonitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls regarding the progress of their requestsComplete each service request and resolve client issuesManage calendars, including appointment scheduling and reschedulingPrepare client review summary for upcoming appointmentsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree1 + years’ experience servicing and supporting clients in the Charles Schwab platformSeries 65 license and Life & Health license requiredDemonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office suite and CRM toolsExcellent communication; written and verbalCollaborative team player willing to assist othersDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasksExhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracySkilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidanceSelf-starter who takes initiative and works well independentlyDemonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial mattersWhat You’ll Get: Pay & Perks: Salary $85,000-$90,000/year based on experiencePTOFlexible hours to support work-life balanceDevelop your professional path within a growing organizationSchedule: In office: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Occasional evenings for client eventsPresented by Advisor Talent SolutionsAdvisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
