Job Description Location: Dublin, OH Employment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Material Handler for our client. This role is responsible for stocking materials per defined location procedures, locating inventory using inventory control systems, pulling stock and sample kits, assembling shipments on pallets, performing cycle counts, creating labels and documentation, operating material handling equipment, training new personnel, managing daily workload, and interacting with internal and external customers.What’s a Typical Day Like?Put up stock per defined location proceduresUse query of the inventory control system for location of materialsPull stock and/or sample kitsAssemble material on pallets for customer shipmentPerform cycle counts to verify record accuracyCreate labels and documentation to track material movementTrain less experienced personnel and new hiresOperate pallet jack, forklift, company truck,and other material handling equipmentManage daily workloadInteract with both internal and external customersWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?18 years oldExperience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.Basic reading, writing, and math skillsValid driver’s licenseAssure compliance of company operations to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, good business practices and company documented procedureEngage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvementBe self-motivatedHave strong communication skillsAbility to move and/or lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel,crouch, crawl,and/or stoop on a repetitive basisAbility to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include graspingand holdingPass a background check and drug testWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
