They are making sure that any issues that arise during shipping and install are taken care of. This person will need to be responsive to client requests and respectful while on job sites. The tech will be an important part in achieving Parr's mission of "Legendary Service Through Teamwork" by providing a value-added service to product we sold and installed.QualificationsExperience with wood and vinyl window assembly, installation, and repairAbility to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situationsAbility to gather facts and problem solveKnowledge of window and door productsAbility to work unsupervised and desires a high level of responsibilityStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to speak, write, and read English requiredAbility to be flexible and adaptable to daily changing needs and demands of the teamWorking knowledge of personal computers and applicationHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and clean driving recordDuties And ResponsibilitiesUtilizes safe work practices in all aspects of the work performed to include vehicle operation, use of hand and power tools, and handling material on the jobReview work orders for current work scheduleEstablish and maintain professional relationships with customers and business associatesQuickly respond to customer complaints and concernsLoad trucks with windows and materials neededKeep work area clean and well organizedEnsure that appropriate paperwork is completed as per company policyCheck all paperwork for accuracyBill and invoice for parts and service as appropriateReport to each appointment on-time and perform duties in an efficient, safe, and timely mannerDiscuss repairs and issues with customer to ensure satisfaction with product installationResponsible for the care of a company vehicle and driving while representing ParrAware of safety risks and does due diligence to limit themThis position works primarily on the road visiting customers and job sites.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to grasp, talk, hear, and operate a computer and keyboardMust be able to lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds and carry objects 50 feetMust be able to carry and climb a ladderMust be comfortable with heightsMust be able to work outdoors in all weather conditionsMust be able to drive a vehicle when necessaryBenefitsWe know that without great people, we can't be a great company.
