The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative, and capable of translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable frontend solutions. This role requires regular on-site presence (3–4 days per week) to enable strong collaboration with customer stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.Work closely with customer product owners, designers, and backend engineers on-siteTranslate functional and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and reusable codeImplement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API integrations using Next.jsEnsure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibilityParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussionsTroubleshoot and resolve UI issues in development, test, and production environmentsFollow best practices for frontend architecture, security, and scalabilityContribute to continuous improvement of development standards and processes Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with React.jsProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components)Experience consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIsSolid understanding of front end performance optimization techniquesFamiliarity with Git-based version control systemsGood understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principlesStrong communication skills and ability to work in an on-site customer environmentPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with authentication/authorization patternsExposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platformsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsNote: Applicants for employment in The USA should possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
