Proposal Writer (Federal Proposal Writing Experience Preferred)

As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for developing responses to the RFP/SOL primarily in the area of Logistics, engineering, management & IT services. Specific responsibilities will include: Must have a proven track record of RFP/RFQ analysis to prepare a response.
