FCC Indiana located in Portland, IN currently has openings for Die Technician on 2nd and 3rd shift. What you will do: Repair and maintain extrusion, blanking, and stamping dies to ensure they are ready for production. Follow schedule of preventative maintenance on all dies Efficiently use hand tools to repair dies correctly Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Accurate recording of data on dies Skills: Must have mechanical aptitude Knowledge of metric system Ability to read blueprints and computer literacy.
