Senior Developer (ARDA / PostgreSQL)We are looking for a Senior Developer (ARDA / PostgreSQL) to join a large-scale enterprise modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ARDA, PostgreSQL, and enterprise database environments, with a proven ability to support application modernization initiatives, database segregation, and high-performance production systems.ResponsibilitiesRefactor the ARDA application code to integrate with a dedicated PSI PostgreSQL database instance.Design and implement the segregation of PSI from the current shared database environment into a dedicated architecture.Review application dependencies to ensure secure and efficient , develop, and implement solutions focused on application in database migration projects while ensuring business continuity.Optimize database performance through performance tuning and best practices.Support enterprise-scale production environments and troubleshoot critical issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and reliable technical solutions.Job Requirements5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Backend Developer, or similar role.Hands-on experience with PSI Database Segregation or dedicated PSI database experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.Experience working with ARDA.Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments.Experience with Application Modernization and System Design.Experience with database knowledge of database performance tuning.Experience supporting business-critical production English (required).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL.Previous experience supporting Santander with ARDA or PSI-related systems.ConditionsPayment: 4.300 USD.Location: 100% On-site in New York, USA.Schedule: Full-time.Project Duration: Long-term.Modality: contractor (freelance)
