Core Java Developer or Database Developer - USC/GC/GC-EAD
Overview
In this role you will build Java services to process data requests for multiple applications, while leveraging Oracle and Teradata databases on a UNIX environment. Key requirementsStrong Oracle development experience with triggers, DDL scripting, external/internal tables, aggregate functions, views, subqueries, and partitionsStrong Teradata development experience including Load/Unload utilities (BTEQ, Tpump, FastLoad, MultiLoad, FastExport), indexes, stored procedures, views, and bulk insertsStrong Unix scripting and programming experience: shell scripting, command line arguments, debugging, hard/soft linksCore Java development experience: multi-threading, Abstract classes and interfaces, strings and arrays, OOP concepts and patterns, file IO and serialization, collections, exceptionsOracle database developmentTeradata developmentUnix shell scriptingCore Java programming
