General Maintenance Worker
PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced General Maintenance Workers to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:Assist in general building maintenance, supporting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.Conduct building tours/inspections; manage work orders in NCMMS (MAXIMO).Perform general repairs, respond to work orders, and miscellaneous tasks.Assist with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance.Maintain emergency power and fire protection systems.Perform architectural/structural maintenance and preventive maintenance.Maintain doors, windows, floors, roofs; clean mechanical rooms.Clean drains and gutters; perform minor painting and repairs.Manage furniture/equipment relocation and inventory.Respond to service calls, including after-hours.Assist with grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal as needed.Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage.Complete Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GED2 years of experience in general maintenanceBasic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities for electricity, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and communication systemsMinimum Education: High School DiplomaCertifications and Training:General Employee TrainingAsbestos Awareness and Asbestos Worker TrainingRe-Tuning TrainingNCMMS TrainingLead Awareness TrainingSafety TrainingCFC Certification Type 1Ability to lift up to 50lbsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
