Director of OperationsValeo Resources has partnered with a mental health/SUD organization that is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director of Operations to join the team near Fort Myers, FL. In this role, you will be working with adults with SUD/MH issues who are needing assistance transitioning back to their homes and communities.Position: Director of OperationsLocation: Near Fort MyersSchedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance service quality, and drive continuous improvement.Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.Collaborate with department heads and team members to establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics aligned with organizational priorities.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a focus on addiction treatment or behavioral health services.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a complex and dynamic environment.Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.Benefits offered:Health, Vision, DentalRetirement Plans (401k)PTO, Sick, Paid HolidaysPlease send your resume to Ava at ava@valeoresources.com to learn more about the position and interview process!
