This role is essential in supporting production, shipping, and logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts up to ~30,000 lbs. safely and effectively. Move precast products to proper staging areas. Load/unload trailers following safety and weight protocols. Follow Locke’s SOPs for handling precast elements. Assist with wheel loader, excavator, and skid steer operations. Support yard efficiency and workflow. Requirements6 months–2 years forklift/yard experience. Forklift certification and site-specific training. Familiarity with precast handling SOPs. Basic rigging knowledge.
