Benefits AdministratorCompensation: $35-42/hr commensurate with experienceBenefits & Growth Collaborative, supportive nonprofit HR team with visible impactHybrid work model (initial on-site for training, then hybrid 3 days on site)Exposure to HR operations across both education and community services sectorsWhy This Opportunity Stands OutDirect impact on leave administration, benefits continuity, and compliance for a diverse workforceEngage across union, non-union, and multi-site environments; valuable for HR professionals seeking variety and challengeStructured onboarding with executive and HR leadership visibilityKey Responsibilities of the Benefits AdministratorEnsure continuity of all leave administration processes, documentation, employee communication, and complianceAddress and resolve employee benefit questions post-open enrollment, supporting both education and group home programsCoordinate with vendors (Aetna, benefits brokers, etc.) to manage benefit enrollments, updates, and any required invoice processingProvide weekly reporting and status updates for HR leadership and maintain accurate data for compliance and staffing coverageSupport and maintain relationships in a union-influenced environment, addressing leave or benefits escalations as neededSkills/Experience Experience specifically in benefits and leave administration within HR – all levels encouraged to applyHands-on expertise with HRIS (preferably Paycom), Excel (sorting/filtering/pivot tables), and vendor managementTrack record supporting high-volume, multi-site, or nonprofit organizationsLocationMidtown, Manhattan#INMAR2026
