You’ll be part of a high-performing global team shaping the tools, data, and workflows that power sales, revenue, and operational excellence across the enterprise.We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the design, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud—ensuring robust, efficient, and secure lead-to-cash processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Billing and Product to build automations, improve data governance, and streamline operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure Salesforce solutions that scale with business needs and support cross-functional workflows.Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders—translating business requirements into actionable platform solutions.Leverage automations to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and change control practices.Proactively identify usability gaps or adoption challenges and resolve with empathetic, structured solutions.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through proactive validation rules, deduplication tools, and data quality initiatives.Collaborate closely with developers, admins, analysts, and project managers across the tech and business organization to align on priorities and execute efficiently.Qualifications Required5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-cloud environmentProven experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutionsDeep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and data flowsExcellent stakeholder communication skills—from C-suite to front-line repsComfortable navigating ambiguity and multiple solution paths—knows how to balance speed with sustainabilityFamiliarity with change management best practices in a matrixed, global organizationGearset experience preferredEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceWhat You’ll GetThe opportunity to work on a high-impact platform at a mission-critical inflection pointA culture that values transparency, speed, and smart risk-takingDirect access to decision-makers and a mandate to make meaningful changeContinuous learning, Salesforce certifications, and professional development support
