What You'll DoRespond to service requests in a timely and professional mannerAssist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspectionsTroubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issuesHelp maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areasWork with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projectsEnsure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standardsMaintain tools, equipment, and supply inventoryCommunicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction What You'll Need to Succeed Required:Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)Strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and in a teamAvailability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and participate in on-call rotation as neededValid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred:Previous experience in apartment, facilities, or building maintenanceHVAC certification or EPA license (a plus, not required)Bilingual abilities What You'll Get CAF offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry-because we believe when we take care of you, you can take care of everything else.
