K&K Media is renowned for its tailored, results-focused strategies designed to achieve measurable ROI and meet unique client goals while fostering transparent, collaborative partnerships.Role OverviewWe are looking for a US-based PR & Visibility Expert to help position our agency in front of the right audience before any commercial outreach happens.This role is focused on building trust and market presence through relevant industry channels — podcasts, niche media, conferences, private events, and professional communities where US e-commerce founders and marketing leaders form opinions and discover partners.This is not a traditional PR coordinator role. We are looking for someone with an existing network, strong market understanding, and the ability to convert relationships into visibility opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesPodcast Strategy & PlacementsBuild and maintain a target list of relevant podcasts across e-commerce, DTC, performance marketing, and Amazon ecosystems.Pitch producers with tailored story angles and relevant expertise.Develop speaker positioning for founder and senior strategists.Coordinate recording preparation, audience talking points, and post-episode follow-up.Track outcomes such as inbound interest, audience growth, and visibility impact.Niche Media & Thought LeadershipBuild relationships with editors and contributors at relevant B2B / marketing publications.Turn internal insights, case studies, and performance data into publishable story opportunities.Align media placements with active service offers and strategic priorities.Ensure credibility, specificity, and non-promotional editorial quality.Conferences & Offline PresenceMaintain a priority calendar of key industry events.Create speaking opportunities for founder or senior team members.Represent the agency at selected events and build relationships with potential clients and partners.Manage post-event follow-up and CRM handoff.Online Reputation & Community PresenceMonitor relevant online communities for meaningful contribution opportunities.Support LinkedIn visibility through strategic amplification.Maintain agency profiles on relevant review / ranking platforms.Coordinate timing of PR activity with internal content initiatives.Reporting & Performance TrackingWeekly async status updates.Monthly KPI reporting across pitches, placements, visibility wins, and inbound signals.Quarterly strategic reviews with recommendations and market feedbackRequirementsMust-HaveBased in the United States (Miami preferred; New York or Los Angeles also strong options).Existing working relationships with podcast producers, editors, organizers, or relevant media contacts in B2B / e-commerce / DTC.Proven track record of securing placements in relevant podcasts, publications, or industry channels.Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing concepts.Native-level or fluent professional English (written and spoken).Able to work independently with high ownership and minimal oversight.Strong PlusPrevious experience in an agency environment or on the brand side in e-commerce.Existing LinkedIn audience or professional visibility.Editorial / journalism background.Experience with Amazon, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, SEO, or adjacent growth channels.Existing network within Miami / NYC / LA e-commerce ecosystemsWhat We OfferFixed monthly compensation in USD based on agreed retainer terms, paid via Payoneer or Wise.Part-time 20-25 hours per monthOpportunity to support our early US market expansion.Direct access to founder and strategic leadership.Visible role with measurable business impact.Freedom, autonomy, and trust to execute.Opportunity to attend relevant industry conferences and continue expanding your business network.
