Sales Operations & Events Coordinator (6 Month, Temporary Fixed-Term)
The Sales Operations & Events Coordinator will support day-to-day operational activities and event execution for the team. This is a hands-on, entry-level contract role focused on logistics, coordination, and possible on-site support across sales operations and corporate events.This role blends administrative coordination with physical event execution, making it ideal for candidates interested in operations, events, and sales support.The hourly range for this position is $16 - $17 for the term of this role.RequirementsEvent Planning & ExecutionAssist in logistical planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and internal functionsPre-Planning logistics, guest check-in, materials distribution, and on-site coordinationInvitation and Eventbrite trackingInventory & Swag ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory of branded merchandise (swag)Assemble and distribute event materials (gift bags, welcome kits, promo items)Track inventory levels and assist with reorderingReceive, sort, label, and store deliveriesHotel & Travel CoordinationCoordinate hotel accommodations, including rooming lists and booking updatesTrack arrival and departure schedules for staff and attendeesAssist with last-minute travel or accommodation changesAssist with ground Transportation Logistics data entry large scale group event transportationLogistics, Errands & Vendor CoordinationRun operational errands (event supplies, printing, last-minute needs)Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, pickups, and trackingAssist with shipping and mailing event materialsSource supplies for events (decor, materials, branded items)General Operations SupportKeep storage rooms, supply areas, and event materials organizedSupport cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendorsAssist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations and event successPreferred QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsComfortable with hands-on, physical tasks (lifting, setup, on-site support)Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including event daysOther tasks: Data entryOperations SupportSkills preferred:Event PlatformsGoogle WorkspaceBenefitsHours: 15-30 hours per week (part-time)Benefits: 401(k) Plan - 3% company match with auto-enrollment after 30 daysEligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the hiring regionKeywords Studios is dedicated to following a well-established Equal Opportunities Policy.
